We are an Iowa based business providing services nationwide.
We will provide an email to submit to or in the event of a large project file we will use a private upload link for your convenience.
We will need the Requestors Name, Interviewer(s) Name, Interviewee(s) Name, Claim Number/Account Number.
Unless previously discussed all projects are considered normal audio until transcription is started, if the audio meets any of the difficult audio factors as seen HERE (https://www.hawkeyets.org/services)then rates will be adjusted to reflect that.
